Our work fits a general theme - the juxtaposition of personal histories and fabricated histories. To elaborate, some works are a direct reference to a personal history, drawn from the artists’ life experiences, or a shared history, while other works are created from an implied reality or a fabricated history, including imagined worlds, intricate stories, and visual world-building. These two categories of works are put in harmony with each other, as viewers will not know what is drawn from personal history and what is drawn from a fabricated history.
