Push + Pull is a collaborative photographic series that rejects adulthood by preserving the artists’ childlike imaginations. 

By analyzing past experiences we are able to understand the complex human beings we are becoming through our artistic practices. Constructing images through prop making, set design, costuming, and the manipulation of light, allows us to create portals into worlds that exist outside of what a capitalist society allows for.

This series of photos was a way for us to write letters to our past selves while developing a community and pushing ourselves forward as artists.
